How to Cancel a DeerCast Subscription

Deleting DeerCast from your device is not enough to cancel your subscription. The steps required to cancel vary based on where you initially purchased the subscription.

Apple App Store:

1. Open the Settings app on your mobile device. 
2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 
4. Choose a different subscription option or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is canceled and won't renew.

Google Play Store:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
7. If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.

DeerCast Website

1. Log in to your DeerCast account at deercast.com.
2. Click Settings (three-dot menu) >Subscribe.
3. Select MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION > Select DON'T RENEW.
