How to change your DeerCast login email address

You can update your DeerCast account email on both the DeerCast app and website. Follow these steps below based on the platform of your choice:

DeerCast App

1. Log In: Open the DeerCast app and log in using your current (old) email address and password.

2. Access Settings: Tap on the SETTINGS option. You can find this by tapping the gear icon located in the lower right corner of the screen. 

3. Navigate to My Profile: In the Settings menu, select My Profile. This can be accessed by tapping the profile icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the settings screen.

4. Update Email Address: Once in your profile, locate the email field > Enter your new email address in place of your old one.

5. Save Changes: Ensure that you save the changes before exiting the screen.

DeerCast Website 

1. Log In: Visit app.deercast.com and log in using your current (old) email address and password.

2. Access Settings: Tap on the SETTINGS option. You can find this by tapping the three dots in the lower-right-hand corner of the main app screen.

3. Navigate to My Profile: In the Settings menu, select My Profile.

4. Update Email Address: Once in your profile, locate the email field > Enter your new email address in place of your old one.

5. Confirm Password: Enter your password in the Confirm Password field to complete your changes. 

6. Save Changes: Ensure that you save the changes before exiting the screen.
