DeerCast subscriptions can be purchased either on the DeerCast website or through the DeerCast app. To access and manage your subscription information, follow the directions below based on the platform where you originally made the purchase:
Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your mobile device.
- Tap your profile picture or initial in the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DeerCast.
iOS App Store / iTunes:
- Go to Settings on your iOS mobile device.
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > DeerCast.
DeerCast Website (mobile device, laptop, and desktop):
- Visit deercast.com or open the DeerCast app
- Log in to your DeerCast account.
- Select SETTINGS > Subscribe. Your subscription information will be listed at the top of the Subscribe screen.
- Tap MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION to manage your auto-renewal or tap CHANGE/UPDATE to update your payment method.

Note: Subscriptions purchased through the DeerCast app (processed by the App Store or Play Store) cannot be managed by DeerCast directly. Only the owner of the respective Apple ID or Play Store ID can manage these subscriptions.
